Refund policy

At Rojyexa Mart, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept eligible product returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be in the original packaging.
Include all tags, accessories and other items received with the order.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
Digital products, e-books and downloadable notes.
Personalized or customized products.
Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
Products specifically marked as non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product.
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the applicable return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
